With complementary Master’s Degrees in Construction Management and Business Administration, and

more than a decade’s experience in business leadership roles, Benny has the critical skills needed to ensure

the company’s developments are a success.

A highly motivated and self-driven person, Benny has a large network of contacts within the property

industry and an impressive track record of projects delivered – both in the commercial and residential

sectors.

Benny completed a Master Degree of Construction Management (Distinction) at AUT. His research topic

was Green Buildings in New Zealand. Benny strives to bring tasteful designs, sustainability, comfortability

and affordability to New Zealand home owners.

Benny is also the founder of a renowned development consulting company called United Portfolio Limited

(UP). This consultancy business provides development advisory services including project planning,

feasibility studies, quantity survey and project management. The company is delighted to be able to

provide professional services to high profile clients including some Fortune 500 companies.
