Terrace House Development in Botany Downs
After securing the site, Hutchinson Properties Limited (HPL) went on to apply for a Resource Consent and Building Consent to develop 4 high quality terrace houses on this beautiful and quite street in Botany Downs. The consenting process went smoothly and the company has secured development funding for construction. Just before the start of construction, HPL received an offer from a local developer to purchase the land including consents. The offer was accepted and the project therefore existed with a healthy profit within just 4 months from the purchase of the property.
Terrace House Development in Sunnyhills
This is a flat easy-to-build section on nice and convenient street in Sunnyhills. The plan is to build one large three storey standlone house and two double storey terrace houses.
The house design offers both simplicity and elegance, with a capture of maximum natural sunlight.
These houses are currently under construction and the target completion is around December 2023.
